Support : Cannot enter into chat

It won't let me enter into chat...It says I need to be logged in, which I am or I enter in my password and it continues to say "Error" and that I need to be logged in.

 

Sister ... if you're getting that error page, it doesn't think you're logged in.

Deleting Cache and Cookies will probably correct it.

Give that a try and let me know.
