It's been really frustrating trying to get an appointment with a spiritual advisor from the auset ausar society.
I was wondering could I do my own?

What is a destiny incarnation Sister? Can you describe it for me?

I don't know about doing it yourself ... may be one of those things like ... "anyone who is his own lawyer has a fool for a client."

But of course i have no idea.

It might be one of those things you can do yourself ... since i don't even know what it is.

ps ... i don't totally believe the saying ... "anyone who is his own lawyer has a fool for a client" ... as i remember Huey Newton represented himself, and won! But it seemed applicable to use above.

    You're so sweet ...

I really don't want to make light of this practice, or your request.

If a spiritual advisor from the auset ausar society is normally needed, they are probably needed now as well.

But while you wait for their assessment, you can be applying mine, as i'm sure they'll work well together! :)

    Love You!

    Hey sista heart.

I don't have all the answers but I've picked up a few things.

I think what you are referring to is what brotha Sam called an incarnation objective. This goes much deeper than just deciding what we want to do in life but involves the divine purpose for the present life cycle we are in. In some African traditions it is believed that before birth we are given a preview of the lessons we are supposed to learn in life. To discover something like that I would want to work with someone who really knows what they are doing. Frustration and impatience aren't good signs that we are ready to do what needs to be done.

If you do decide to do it one tip RUNA gives us is that we should not do a reading when we are menstruating because at that time we are attracting sublunar energies, although we can have someone perform a reading on us at that time.

    Hope this helps, sis.

Hmmm! Does this also apply to meditation? I find it difficult to visualize when I'm running my cycle. Once my cycle is complete, I'm back in business.

    Hey SiStar!!

My apologies. How did you try to get in touch and for how long were you trying? (telephone, e-mail???)? We're there every Saturday & Sunday.

A lot of priesthood members are in Ghana (until the week of March 11, I believe), plus we've had to disconnect our equipment due to some repair and remodeling work being done at the center. I can help you get an appointment but I have to wait until Sunday to find out who’s still in town. Do you still have the same e-mail address as you did last July ‘06?

It’s best to work with an experienced priesthood member.

What's likely happening is that you're losing the life force (a form of energy, a.k.a. "Ra," "Kundalini," "Chi") that is in the blood. This would otherwise have gone to energize your higher brain functions and facilitate your ability to meditate.
