I understand all about boys will be boys and kids will be kids...I get it. This is a difficult point to make because I cant use percentages or any tangible numbers support it.
Perhaps gang involvement by teens race would correlate...or testing proficiency or something.
When you look at photos of Mike Brown flashing bloods gang signs it doesnt help.
