Black People : Can Black Nationlists raise 5 billion for African Renaissance

Since there's no doubt and no one to dispute the possibility of African Americans having the ability to raise 5 billion dollars for the African world institution let's talk whom.

What demographic of African Americans would be most willing? How would we reach these people and have them become fund raisers? I want to stress the word "Fun", its hidden inside fund, because money is fun to raise and possess for personal and community improvement.

There are several leaders I would trust with this money. They are honest, traditional and very transparent in their relations.
