Black Spirituality Religion : Can Anyone Use the word - Peace - or is it reserved for a select few?

He's a poser. If he was really on point he would have come straight out and told you from the first time you asked him if he was a Muslim. He didn't. Dudes like that want to be everything and nothing at the same time. I have no time for nonsense like that. If he was really bout it bout it he'd be in the Islam section trying to check them orthodox Muslims but you see he end up in the God and Earth section because he think we got a lot in common and he think he could give us some correction.

Peace and Blessings Family,

There was a thread started in one of the Study Group Forums surrounding the use of the word ... Peace.

It was suggested that some are not using it properly, or don't have the right training to use the word ... or something ... not really sure ... but because the thread was started in the Study Group Forum ... and all can't respond there without possible consequence ... i started a like thread here ... so everyone can share their respectful opinions without risk.

I know i use the word peace often, and would love to know if i should have rec'd more training prior, or am lacking in some great way.

What do you think ... can anyone use the word peace ... and is there a proper way to do?

ps ... this is an example of how a discussion that might have been started in any one of the Study Group Forums, can still be had by all ... by simply starting a like thread in the Main Spirituality Forum.

That's just a bit of residue from black culture.. straight from the "ya'll ain't up on this" section. Reminds me of this dude back in the '85 that swore up and down he was the first one to wear suede Pumas.. and everytime he saw somebody else with em on he accused them of biting his style.

of course everyone can use any word they want.. except of course.. words that have been labeled "bad".. Peace is community property.. as slippery as it is.. and for what it's worth.. there may not be any such thing as "Peace".. it may simple be an ideal.. like an Angel or a God.. something untouchable.. perfect.. and unattainable..
