Black Poetry : Calling my kings to take the throne again

Even though I knew you were a broken vessel
I poured all of me into you and counted it all joy
Because even when you didn't believe in you I did
I have been championing your cause since day one
I believe that you shall rise from the ashes one day
Better for your time of refinement inside the fire
No matter what I won't and cannot give up on you
For we are join together like threads woven in a fabric
Until the sun quits shinning and the moon stops rising
I'll be in your corner pushing and praying for your success
Sometimes the heatache and struggle seem way to much
And I want to unweave the cords that binds us together
But my heart and soul won't allow me to leave you behind
For together we rise and divided we continue to fall
So as long as I am still breathing I'll be on your side
And I'll bear it all for you mean just that much to me
We need you to rise up and take your rightful place my king
Your seed needs your upstanding example to look upto
Can't you see what has happened to them in your absence
Young brothers have forgotten how to pull up their pants
young sisters have forgetten how to keep their skirts down
And your counterparts mourn you lose to point of bitterness
Without you our whole community has no legs to stand upon
King oh king rise up and be the man you were meant to be
my dearly beloved king I have awaited you return patiently
So king don't tarry but arise and begin to reign honorably again
For time has come for you to be the king your were created to be​

never losing my Black Queen
the living dream
i hold in high esteem
i don't think you understand what i mean
i'm in love with the Black Woman
i'm a fien
ain't no shame i make it plain
and i'm glad you feel the same
cause i feel like you do
