Just wondering who the vegetarians are. I could use some resources and recipes. I'm having a little trouble adjusting to life without meat. Dairy is next to go. Thanks for your support.

There are so many cookbooks out now, toylin. You know what I'd do is go on both amazon.com and barnesandnoble.com and type in "vegetarian cookbooks" and "vegan cookbooks" in the search engine. They'll pull up all the titles for you and sometimes they have been reviewed. You could go to your local bookstore and see if they have any of those titles. Barnes and Noble will order one for you too.

I started out with "Diet for a Small Planet" 20 years ago, but vegetarianism has evolved so much since then. Sometimes you can substitute meat in regular cookbooks with tofu. Thai cookbooks, etc, you can do that easily with. Hope that helps.
