PEOPLE, James, are we really surprised that the USA's Supreme Court is functioning in a just as institutionally RACIST manner as the rest of the USA's judiciary, as highlighted by the manner in which African American businesses are so constantly being tripped up/hampered by the USA's banks and corporations openly RACIST methodology?

James, this photo was utilized in the ‘Pro-Black’ closed Facebook forum to very publicly expose the fact that Byron Allen who is giving Comcast, Charter and the rest of the USA’s main Cable Tv providers a very big headache via a lawsuit that is in the USA’s Supreme Court; with regard to the manner in which they are systematically excluding African American companies from their networks, is married to a white woman.

His many detractors in the thread have yet to address or answer ANY of the questions in my post below; thus would anyone else like to give responding, answering a try?
