Ole buck awaken tis morn
by da blast of Nanny horn
toot tootin along da way
good ole wheat dance & play
each grain movin in spirit
from da nanny musical lyric
all out in da open summer field
raging heat to pay her bill
ole wheat farmin dale
can't break free from Nanny spell
she cast it down
when she open her town
he drove in and parked at da
craddle bar slush
hit by da rush and then clutch
in da planting crunch
each seed grew in upspring
dat was some fifty plus ago
dear Nanny can't take it no mo
stuff drag da flo
and for me o' no all i see is
row after row and da sun don't rise
well not in my eyes peter lay dead
and just pee.

I'z see y'all folkin later to tell y'all what we did
i'z say bout Ten years before now , we tryed !

and you're title took me back

some fifty plus ago

loving the art man

and historical twinge here too

call me slow

but does this mean what i think it means?

well not in my eyes peter lay dead
and just pee.
