well with the melatonin.....ormus.....and that herbal mixture yes thats what I use so i switch it up......I got this dream tea that is on its way also and one of the ingredients of that is mugwort....

Dandelion root is okay. Try spicing it up with honey and some cinnamon. I suggest a cycling effect on it. Drink it brew into a tea 3 times a week. Make sure one of those days is Wednesday. You can also mix crushed anise seed in the brew of a more pleasing taste and potent effect.

In regards to your salvia. No smoke, seep it in red wine for 9 days. Make sure the wine is kept in a dark place. You can then drink the salvia infused red wine. Some suggest rolling it up in a chud and putting it next to your gums. Mildly to moderately effective. I would not suggest brew it into a tea with water although it can be done. Slightly to mildly effective to do so. Red wine is a good medium. The alcohol is always good for releasing the essence of herbs.
