I got a response about 3 minutes after i told him i don't speak english which he totally ignored of course because he knows i do. That's when he sent me the contact info. and said his hotel is only 3 blocks away from western union....lol

just wondering if you got the same response...

People who have their accounts compromised basically offer up their contacts as the primary targets.

There's a lot of variations out there of this attack/scam.

More, one can tell from the writing style whether it is chuck or not. It's not chuck.

He also informed us that his email address was compromised.

It did seem suspect, but with the writing style, the anonymous send-out, and the reports received here, as well as his lack of requests for money here, the picture is together: he was hacked.

If his email address sends any links, don't click them.
