Just was wondering if you knew of any ayahuasca users and how they prepared to partake of it?

Still trying to do a little research before I ingest it.....like a true virgo I want to get totally prepared for this one....all I know at this point is to fast 12-24 hours before consuming.....

any other suggestions?
