Does anyone have any book reccomendations for me?

    So far I've read:

The Autobiography of Malcolm X, as told by Alex Haley
    Uncle Tom's Cabin

    I am considering reading:

Heart of Darkness, by: Joseph Conrad
The Autobiography of Martin Luther King
    Invisible Man, by Ralph Ellison
    Roots, by Alex Haley
    The Autobiography of Frederick Douglass
The Color Purple by: Alice Walker

I suggest Invisible Man, by Ralph Ellison.
I read this awhile ago when I was trying to force myself to like literature; it didn't work but I liked this book.
