Re: A “Book Project”
“I really need your help.”
A publisher has asked me to produce a “high-brow” book on economics and investing. Nevertheless, my work is not about what the publisher wants, it’s about what you want. Your thoughts are the esoteric ingredients within the organic soil of our community.
As such, it is my desire that this book arm you with .44 caliber economic knowledge; and arouse the Glial cells of your mind until they stand up and shout!, “This is my time.” Otherwise, my missives are but dung, and as W. Blake once said: “Sooner Strangle An Infant In Its Cradle Than Nurse Unacted Desires.”
So do me a small favor: Let me write this book through the prism of your eyes and from the corner of your soul; and yours is the breath on every page. Take a moment and fire-off a thought to each of the following questions:
A. What is the most important question you want to have me answer for you in this upcoming book?
B. Given the opportunity, what question would you ask the 3 best financial minds in this country?
C. Assuming you were their only audible voice, on behalf of 40 million African-Americans, what question would you submit to the world’s most successful economic advisor?
Your contributions are deeply appreciated.

P.S. Of course, I will send you a chapter or two as the project develops.
Thanks again.
