Black women are among the highest educated and they now assume the role of leadership in the greater community. Black women are heads of staff, school principals, Doctors, Lawyer and police personal. They are in close contact with the enemy of the black man. Black women are not only guardians of morality and civility but they are in positions to enforce the very laws that have traditionally destroyed the breadwinner of the black family. Black women can now view institutional racism against black men with a birdseye view. enuff said
