Black Women Infected With HIV 5 Times Higher Than National Average

African-American women in Baltimore and five other U.S. cities are becoming infected with HIV at a rate five times the national average for black women, and closer to the rates of some African countries, according to a new study.

Specifically, the researchers found in Baltimore; Atlanta; Newark, N.J.; New York City; Raleigh-Durham, N.C.; and Washington that the annual rate of infection was 24 per 10,000 black women.

Nationally, the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention reports that black women become infected at a rate of 5 per 10,000.

The rate in the Congo is 28 per 10,000.

This is a moral issue, the only way we are going to contain this disease, it's for the so called Black people to stop following their slave masters way of life and go back to the laws of God. Whoredom and whoremongering are destroying our community. Although this article reported the stats for Black women, its not farfetched to think the numbers to be as high among the so called Black men. Our people need to repent and start keeping God laws, especially this one, Deuteronomy 23:17 There shall be no whore of the daughters of Israel, nor a sodomite of the sons of Israel. This is nothing more than God's punishment on our people for being too wicked these days

There has been a statistical anomoly associated with this data. Many of the females are engaging in high risk behavior and or dating guys who are engaging in high risk behavior. Being or dating an iv druggie or DL guy runs high in this group

The easiest way to clean up this problem is to get a handle on the men.
Teach (and practice) self-restraint and self-control mentally, psychologically, and physically on the men's part and things will clear right up.
