    I am the life bearer
    The burden sharer
    The Queen who’s crown
    Has been cast down
    To a common chick
    A cold blooded *****
Ain’t that what some of y’all call me
    But them they
Even some of us can’t see
    The Proud Black woman
    I was designed to be
    From my full lips
    and my
    Wide hips
    and my
    Big behind
    Yes, Yes
    I am well defined
    The nature in me
    Defies gravity
I soar higher than the heavens
    My pride
    My stride
    Be backbones that didn’t break
When whips and chains tried to make me behave
In the mind matter of a slave
    I rise above
I am the alpha and the omega
    Of some Black Love
    I am strong
    I am swift
    God’s Perfect Gift
    And because of this
The nature in me wants bliss
Wants a taste of some happiness
    Erase the Bullssssshhhhhhhhhhh
Escape the madness that creeps up
    From past lies told
    His story grows old
While mine has yet to unfold
    In it’s whole entirety
I am your best keep secret
I am more beautiful than any monument
I possess the ability to be savy and savage at the same time
Running in this Black race still trying to get mine

    Raising children
    Who chase ecstacy
    Choose to be hyphy
The mother in me still shines
See the life I breathed into this seed
    I nature in me
    Loves them Black
And still I keep some inner peace in tact
    The nature in me
    In fact
    Is to go back
To loving the Black I am
Remembering the powerful woman who have and will stand tall
The sacrificial lambs that took fatal falls
    So I could rise up
Drink from the cup destined for me
    The nature of my duty
    Is to simply be
    I want you
    Them
    They
and some of us to look hard and see
I am far from a casualty
Survived 200 plus years of captivity
    I am the life bearer
    The burden sharer
    A Queen
    By birthright and His glory
    So, naturally
    The Black woman in me
    Must proclaim Herstory

    It’s the nature in me....

    Sister Queen, Life Bearer Roxanne.

Much praise for this lovely drop.

Deep thanks and worship for making a Brother wish he was by your side so that he could kiss your feet, wash your back, cook your dinner and give you some well deserved rest.

My Sister: I love and I never forget what you go through and what you ARE everyday - some of you even without knowing it.

This was a moment of Peace and Truth amidst all the lies and deception.

    Give thanks.

    One.

    ~Ikoro.

Yes, it's the nature of a Black woman, to defy the odds and continue to rise despite the weight placed upon her. Such positivity, awesome write.
