Harrison discussed Japan regarding their modernizing with European technology. But that was 1920, right after WWII. But Negroes at the time paid more attention to Marcus Garvey.
The first vid answered its question in the opening minute. Every generation thinks they are the pinnacle and there's no where else to go but where they can see or have imagined and if it doesn't comport with that vision then it's a step backwards. The idea is as blind now as it was when we were coming of age.
The second vid is more thought provoking, it covers a lot ground in in less of a 1/2 hour. Let's discuss.
