I wasn't asking for any link explaining what DARPA is. I was asking for which link YOU found that said DARPA is (present tense) currently funding HAARP.

When I post links it's so that you can see exactly what I am looking at, so we can at least potentially (if you read it) be on the same page. It's about transparency. I'm literally providing the evidence. I'm only asking you to do the same so I can see the date of the article and see whether or not it's current. I don't mind reading other people's evidence at all. If you don't want to provide evidence it's a little suspicious because anyone could just say "I found a link that proves everything I just said".

I've said this before...

Physical assets = physical defense

Virtual assets = virtual defense

The internet is the great equalizer. You just have to know how to use it. Look at Amazon. Mostly online operation that took over the physical assets of tons of stores, disrupting the marketplace to the point that Amazon's distribution centers have now replaced a lot of stores. Even Doordash has physical markets.

You cannot have defense without money. So you can't make defense into the horse. Defense is the cart. Money will always be the horse.

I'm suggesting we take a modern "Information Age" approach to the problem. We will face cyber attacks, but we don't need guns to fight that. Cyberwarfare has gone on for over a decade, even at my job.

We need to link continent resources to consumer-facing websites owned by African Americans.

Think of it as "money laundering" but... probably legal?
