Black Dreams I have black dreams of Black dread locked angels and Black kings. I dream of a world dipped in black With All black people in love with all black things. No political faction's just one party; Black people united and taking action. I hear ever voice lifted, all singing the same song. A world where negativity has been sifted. Black love widespread, Black people getting along. We would exist in a state of true love and equality. They would never bring to question a black man's moral quality. They could never disagree with a black woman's beauty. The streets once again made a place where kids play Instead of a place where thugs slay, where addicts steal to find their high that day. I see project tenements torn down, Ghettos and slums no longer around. Souls once upon a time lost, now found. No run away fathers. No single welfare mothers. No more brothers killing brothers. I have black dreams And I pray you have them.
