I know this thread isn't about this but I'm curious. Now I know how much Brother Sip likes the outdoors and can survive there if need be. But is this a unusual phenomenon among Black men today? Was there a time when Black men were more in tune with nature and knew how to live off the land? Do Black men today prefer the "urban" life over the rural life? How many Black men here like or go camping, fishing, hiking, etc.? How many know anything about herbs and plants with medicinal value? If it's not bottled, canned, packaged or labeled, could we survive outside of an urban setting if we had to?
