There's nothing wrong with my sense of humor.

Moreover, YOU can't tell ME what my screen-name IS or MEANS.
My screen-name here has absolutely nothing to do with any candy bar or type of candy.

When I first joined this site, I explained my screen-name in the ""How and Why did You Pick Your Name" thread. :

I chose this as my name here because it is "supposed" to be the title of a book idea I've had about my mother, but I have not even started on it yet.

One day, the title is "supposed" to be "Cherry Blossoms," a part-fiction account of my mother's life. The title will be ambiguous in meaning, taken as either "Cherry" (the character representing my mother) "blossoms" (as in grows, matures, produces, etc..) OR "cherry blossoms" (as in the offshoots, children of Cherry the mother).

Right now, this book/story is only in my head. So, until I stop being lazy and actually start writing it, it's still only an "idea." Maybe using it here, I will be spurred to action.

And your little sister couldn't possibly fill the shoes of any one of "Cherry's Blossoms."

So, yes, it would be very silly of you to do so.

We finally agree on something. Except one little detail: my little sister is a great lady. I love her, respect her and admire her in many ways. The only real issue between us is her inability to leave Christianity. But, I understand her predictament: religious conversion is never easy. It took me nearly 30 years to back myself into a corner that I could not rationalize my way out of. But,now that i have done it, there is no looking back. Even if it means breaking all family ties, I am sticking with Islam because it is just a common sense thing for me to do. And, I sure would not even consider abandoning Islam to please any woman. If I won't do it for my little sister and my little brothers, I won'd do it for anybody.

Anyone can go and read your post #61 and see where you said: I have never read in Qu'ran where muhammad was chicken and i proved you to be either lying or just plain wrong with your own quotation of the Qu'ran when muhammad was in the cave on mt. Hirja because YOU have NEVER READ THE QU'RAN. MUHAMMAD was scared to death and fled from the cave not knowing what had just happened.

You see you have POSTED Ayats and Surahs from Qu'ran, but you have not READ Qu'ran! Big difference......

But you know all of this already and want to continue in your lies and playing games as any good Khafir would!

I have read the Qu'ran and studied I-self lord and master thoroughly and found out what it's about which is why you probably avoid me.

I read what you sent me and responded to it in the thread where you said you had "sent me a copy" which i never asked for. Again, probably why you choose to avoid for over a week and had some new member (who shall remain nameless) try to address it..lol - I sure hope it was not the so-called scholar (s) you worked with on the book!

You said there were no contradictions in the Qu'ran so an old thread was brought back to surface (CONTRADICTIONS IN THE QU'RAN) for you and you choose to ignore it....lol

I mean who you choose to talk/discuss topics with is on you, but you should be the last one to tell someone else:



- what about Imams & so-called Islamic scholars who seem to be discussing christianity more than Islam?....

I'm sure glad i never read any passages where the Qu'ran mentions Muhammad (pbuh) being Jealous!

This is an example of the type of disrespect you typically display to others. You have to mock and jeer at another in any way you can.

You are not capable of having a discussion without some kind of personal attack, even passively.

And this is also testament to the level of immaturity you possess. I find it sad that a man of your age and who professes to adhere to "Islamic values" behaves as you do.

I have never known any other Muslim man to be as disrespectful and insolent as you.

I have Muslim friends and relatives, and I have never known another Muslim man to be as offensive and obnoxious in his speech to a Black woman or to other men.

From your behavior and example here on this site, you are an insult to every other Muslim man who truly does exhibit the "Islamic values" of their spiritual path and teachings.

I say all this not because your words have any great impact on me but to show you the range and depth you will stoop to insult another person.

Again, you are not capable of having a discussion without belittling or demeaning another person in some kind of way.

And that is truly sad.
