    Between these thighs
Lies the sea of endless love
And when this love comes down
    The river Jordan flows

    Between these thighs
    Lies the cradle before birth
    The gateway to new beginnings
    Reproducing the after-birth

    Between these thighs
Lies the center of the world
    The uterus of Mother Africa
And all the children of her earth

    Between these thighs
Lies the forgiven sins of Eve
    The mysteries of Pandora's box
And the beauty of Queen Nefertitti

    Between these thighs
Lies the verse of Sojourner Truth
    And "Ain't I A Woman" to you?
    As "Phenomenal" as Maya Angelou

    Between these thighs
Lies the strength of Harriet Tubman
And the broken chains of bondage
    That emancipated runaway slaves

    Between these thighs
Lies the thunder and the fury
    The reality of second-class citizens
    Rallied in effigy
    To burn their brassieres

    Between these thighs
Lies the scent of every woman
    The aroma of her magnificence
Seasoned with strong herbs and roots

    Deep within she lies
The buried treasures of the Pacific
    Immeasurable beauty that cascades
    The depths of ocean floors

    And where her delicate
    Skin unfolds
    The mighty Nile overflows
    And the source of its'
    Rich deposits lies

    Between these thighs...

This is truly a work of art, comprising elements of truth in such a way that is thought-provoking, pertinent, and meaningful not only to women; but all people. You are a gift from God, Ms. H; you are His instrument and we are so blessed that you listen to His voice and give us WORD!

    Peace, my C.B.Jamaican
