Hopkins might pull it off if he's focus and come with a force
a must see bout.
You know brother Rich...brothers Red and Monetary don't agree, but I think Hopkins is going to pull it out. I might be wrong, but Taylor didn't show me enough last time for me to jump on his bandwagon yet.
Man this will be good
I think I want to have
Some ladies and a mud wrestling contest at the crib
B4 the fight of course
The mark of a champion can come in many forms. Sometimes it's great skill. Sometimes it's strength. Sometimes it's heart. Sometimes, it's the ability to make the necessary adjustments. But, in order to be a true champion...a great champion...you must have all of these. Taylor does not have all of them yet. He really needs to be more flexible in the ring or listen very intently to his corner...which is one thing he does do.
TAYLOR WILL NOT WIN IF HE KEEPS GETTING HIT WITH LEAD RIGHT HANDS LIKE THE ONES THAT HOP WAS THROWING IN THE LATER ROUNDS IN THEIR FIRST FIGHT.
If Taylor fights clever and doesn't try to force it (similar to Tarver in his fight with Roy --- By the way, Roy could have knocked Tarver out. ), he can win the fight. If Taylor doesn't make any mistakes, is in good shape and can defend the lead right hand/or overhand rights from Hop, he can win this fight.
But honestly, he's too young to do it. It's too much for him. The moment itself is too much for him I think. But, he'll be a great champion in the future. These are his learning years.
I believe that Taylor will beat Hop....but if and only if....he keeps calm, stays busy, land hard shots, is aggressive, doesn't run out of gas half way the fight, doesn't get tied up in an emotional struggle with Hop...and makes it a physical fight where he really tries to hurt Hop and he can't let Hop rest during the round....basically stay busy..Taylor is stronger than Hop and I think he hits harder....but if he makes any mistakes in this fight it's over because Hopkins is going to be more aggressive and he's trying to knock Taylor out because he really doesn't want to put it in the hands of the judges this time....Hop just can't glide through the first half of the fight though he let Taylor get to far ahead before he started working him in the first and just couldn't make up the difference...so I'm staying behind JT ...I think he'll beat Hop this time but will do it in a convincing fashion..I may be eating those words come Monday though ....whoever wins will have to make it convincing this time.....nothing worse than leaving doubt in a fight......I can't wait....after I get paid thursday I have my fight money and will be planted firmly in front of the TV waiting for it to happen....
Oh yeah BHop on Jim Rome radio show tomorrow not sure if he'll be on TV show....
Hopkins should make his fists judge and jury
I started to post that article...but got sidetracked.
Good looking out.
LOOKING FORWARD TO THIS FIGHT. MY MAN SHOULD BE CAREFUL WITH HIS WORDS. A DEATH IN THE RING COULD MEAN A DAY IN COURT AFTER THOSE COMMENTS.
No...death is one of the inherent risk of the sport. To my knowledge no one has ever sued any fighter for death or injury in the ring, and there have been a untold number of fighters who wished bodily harm on their opponent.
