Being a black women sho' aint easy
Everyday we strive to create a better we
We as in mate, children, friend, and family

The challenges we face are horrendous to any hue-man
from the peak of dawn, strongly we must stand
Viewed by white america as lazy, loud and rude
viewed by some black men as an opened disposible womb

Someone's always trying to suppress our power
Putting the blame on us until the late wee hours
If we are voiced, then we must learn to be quiet
If we are down with a political move
they want us at the back of the riot

If we are oppinionated, then our oppinions must be flawed
If we love our black men, then we must be whores
If we are independant, then we want to be men
If we are single mothers, its because of our own sins

If we are extremly beautiful, then we must be mixed
If a mans spends money on us, Then we're a golddigging *itch
If we marry out of our race, then we must be traders
Idenity crisis, low self esteem, must be invading us

If we help our fellow black sisters to rise
the root of our encouragement must be bias
If our men can't fight, then we must be warriors
But If we are calling all the shots, then we are far lesser than glorious
If we stumble by the way side, then we must be weak
If we keep our mouths closed, then we are too meek

    I tell ya Sisters, hahahaha
BEING A BLACK WOMEN SHO' AINT EASY!
    NONETHELESS, I LOVE BEING ME!!!

If you have a destination, I am surly rooting for you
If you have to cut through the forest to get there
I'll still be encourgeing you through!

I love you Black Sisters!!! I know all about your trails and obstacles
you just keep moving forward, because your force is remarkable!!!!!

    We are the Universe...

    Oh Purple,
    You are one beautiful soul...
And all that you said is true, but only because we manifested it to be.
It has always been said that...
*clean'li-ness is next to Godd'li-ness*...not true :nono: ...
    It's "I/We"..next to God.

Being a black woman sho ain't easy ...in as much as that's true, let's think about this Warrior Queens...

The Universe, Starts with the black woman, and when the black woman Stops...evenually, so does the world.

I am your Universe, Yes, me ...
Know who and what I am world ...and treat me, accordingly

Such trials and tribulations you put into verse, the hardships we go through, yet still, we go on despite it all, and try to shine. We have to know our own worth. A multitude of props on this, flow on.

girl, you sure did lay it down in this way. If we ain't one way, we're another, and some people actually believe that. But just exactly as you brought the message, you said it right in the end. Being a blak woman ain't easy. But I'm proud to be one. And i'm glad you posed this one. Nice uplifting!!!!

    Can the church say....

    "Amen"

Thanking the lord for this "Eclipse" of Purple Moons...
there is nothing that can be said...
Only reverence given...for such a divinely inspired scribe...
