He prepares his rap,
He sets his trap,
For that unleary girl.

His voice so smooth,
He makes his move,
She enjoys his groove,
As their night unfurls.

Where is her wisdom?
She sled it under the bed.
Where is her control?
The girl has lost her head.

Must her wisdom lie on
Tear stained ground?
Is there a place of consolation
Where answers may be found?

Will she hold her head up high,
When others talk?
Will parents speak angrily
Through clenched teeth,
"It's all your fault!"

Is there an answer behind
The question marks?
Must pain and ignorance feed
Upon her like hungry sharks?

There is a place where anwsers
Dwell behind the question marks.
This place is gentle, yet a sword,
Piercing through hurt hearts.

It will be tuff, but you can
Stand in the mud that's being slung.
It might be ruff, but please restrain.
Don't you touch that gun.

Jesus is your answer
Behind that question mark.
Let Him set you free from guilt
And bring you out of the dark.

Let Him be yo moma
Let Him be yo dad.
He can be all of those things
That most folks never had.

He is the answer
Behind the question mark.
