Barack Obama, 58, spoke out in a statement about the headline-making nationwide protests over the weekend in response to the tragic death of George Floyd on June 1 and included some in-depth “lessons” that he is advising Americans to go by to bring about peaceful “real change”.

The people out in those streets are not the people that would listen to a lengthy message by Obama. This is a Youth uprising.. in a country where the youth do not respect their elders. Truth is.. Obama didn't say much of anything. This whole thing feels like it did after 9/11.. when bush was making the case for attacking Iraq.. and everyone.. even his detractors.. were suddenly onboard. There was this same kind of eerie silence.

I don't disagree they aren't listening to Floyd's Family asking them to stop distracting from the core issue of Justice.

Truth is.. Obama didn't say much of anything.

He said quite a bit actually. He provided some guidance and some constructive avenues that leads to a group that can fight to get laws enacted in Congress
