    I could not believe the photo in the Sunday Times ent section

    6 brothers in overalls with Tambourines(???!!!) flying off the ground in unison dance while a cat looking ike Colonel Kentucky, looks on from the background.

    And Driving Miss Daisy done as a play on broadway

    I don't think that even Spike would be happy to see how prophetic his horror/satire had become years later.

    What could someone have found amusing about 9 black men falsely accused by two white women of raping them enough to want to make a musical of it? I don't see how singing,dancing, and smiling is going to convey the essence of that tragic event.

    no matter, a sister wrote the 2 man minstrel show "Top Dog/ Underdog" also on Boadway years ago
