    4 medium ears corn
    melted butter
    1/4 cup chopped red peppers

    Remove husks and silks from corn. Place each ear of corn on a piece of heavy duty aluminum foil, and drizzle with a little butter. Sprinkle 1 tbls. chopped red pepper on each ear of corn. Roll foil lengthwise around corn and twist ends. Bake at 450 degrees for 25 minutes.
