Yes.... why not after all homosexuality is now legal.
That's what I was thinking, particularly as it pertains to homo-marriage.
Prostitution is more about economics than morality.
We find, past and present, prostitution in patriarchal societies.
Such that if a woman did not get married or was widowed with
kids (usually/often men would not accept women with someone
else children), women had to do what they had to do to make
ends meet.

On a side not:
In regards to the legalization of homosexual marriage, it I
believe, is only a matter of time until the argument for polygamy
grabs momentum...
 
Looking at how long it has been around, why not? You're not going to stop it, and just because it's legal doesn't make a person all of a sudden get the urge to get sum. I heard all of these horror stories about making weed legal, but look at it? It's legal and the world is still here, and folks that didn't do it before for reason of their own, still is isn't doing it....generally speaking.
