I hate seeing destee.com this way ...

One good thing, when i browse with my phone, the images are there.

I do believe it is probably a browser cache / cookie issue.

I have cleared all of that, refreshed, everything, but no change on my laptop.

It's showing this way ... even still ... with every browser on this machine.

It's past time to get a new computer, been putting this purchase off for as long as i can.

I am puzzled though ... just weirdness ... like i need something else to fix ...

I have not changed any permissions recently, though i have done some other things.

The way this stuff is all inter-connected aint no telling where the root of it is.

Probably a simple browser cache / cookies issue ... but i've done all of that ...

I'm so hurt ... i work so hard to keep our home pretty and i gotta see it like this.

I really hate it, which will make me work to get it resolved as quickly as possible.

I'll be spending my weekend trying to find a solution.

I'm glad most of you are seeing it properly ... another sign that it is specific to my machine.

Okay Family ... i'm making progress.

The image below shows the site (to me) without all of the broken images.

I still see one avatar broken ... Chidike ... whew ... okay ... i'm feeling better.

At least i'm on the right path now ... even though the solution is not sustainable.

It shows me where the problem is rooted and i can at least begin to focus there.

It's not my browser's cache / cookies ... well ... i don't think ... as everything is sort of tied to the browser.

I disabled a backend functionality - that we need to have enabled - and my images appeared.

Okay ... hmmmmm ...

I still don't have the whole answer ... but i got a piece ...

Sometimes that's all we get ... a piece ... you can't have the whole cake little fat gurl ...

Naww ... i'm teasing ... i aint really want the whole cake ...

Wait ... oh gosh ... but i do want the whole cake ... and the whole answer ...

I am encouraged that i'll get this image issue fully resolved.

Eventually ...

Peace and Blessings Family,

Things are improving - the service is enabled - and i am able to see the site looking prettier.

There is a broken avatar or two - but nothing like before.

It appears to be a caching issue on the server side and i'll keep working on fine tuning it.
