    This is a great question

A drug is anything that changes your conciousness

can these perceived emotions be considered addictive drugs

    sure

if when you feel them they make you act other then yourself

like some who are addicted and sick due to their drugs of choice.... I can honestly say some who are in deed "addicted" to jealousy and envy can act in no other way then by that which controls them

    :hi:

    Brother Rich :)

I think that's a wonderful, positive point that your makin

One way to do what u suggest is to get into of the habit of learning urself

    when the emotion is "triggered"

    stop

    observe

    acknowledge

when u define what it is that triggered it u can begin to change it

but the thing about it Br. Rich

gotta strip everything, get naked (metaphorically)

like if u were born right now, what would ur name be? what would ur qualities be?

u gotta forget who u were a minute ago, and focus focus focus on who u are becoming tomorrow

some people don't want to heal
