Peace and Blessings Family,

I've heard many folk complaining about how expensive cell phones / plans are.

Some have said that the phone companies are gouging folk ... do you agree?

I have an inexpensive cell phone and plan ... and they deliver ... inexpensively ... :)

What about you ... are the prices, phones ... cost to have a phone ... too much?

I figure, how can they be too much, when children have them too!?

Whatcha think?

Thanks!

yes the plan can be high but they also have the unlimited plan which
many people are giving up the contracts for these new plans
children have they most in the family bundle or plan where you can
get up to 3 or 4 phones

Only in some places you might find a city based payphone and most
of them don't work or now require a card not money coins
cells have taken over it's all like a matrix, and today if you don't have
one is like you still stuck in a old tyme zone being left behind in this world

contracts they bind you in for two years and lock it your rates jump
paying like $243.00 and some even more but now these plans and
reloadable cards give people relief you have the

pay as you go plan mintues like 3 cent to 5 cent a min.

you get the 30.00 plan of..... so many minutes unlimited weekends

the 50.00 plan of unlimited text/calls/web plan is a great value pack
nearly everyone i know have switch the this .............free mobile to mobile

now they have the phone with the little computer in it

Phone cost they can range from 300.00 up to 699.00

you can now go in the Dollar store and buy a phone 9.99 get a 20.00 card
and you talking

But i still say they cost for a good phone is too high costly

I think the plans are reasonably priced but the phones are rediculous, especially when they are first released. My service offers an unlimited time/internet/text for $80 for the first phone then $40 bucks for the next one. I know there are some unlimited plans out there that are less than that, but in my area, this service is the most dependable in rural areas as well as anywhere I travel throughout the nation without having to worry about roaming charges. I haven't had a "land line" in roughly 5 years and with this service, no matter how often I used my phone, surf the web, send text messages, or travel, my telephone expense is a constant.

I currently have a Samsung Galaxy S which is a great phone, but cost me over $300 when It first came out. A few days ago, I got my son one for $49 plus a $50 mail in rebate. Of course I had to obligate myself to a 2 year contract. I hate contracts for phone service.
