GHETTO CZAR

Should Barack Obama appoint a Ghetto Czar to his cabinet to work alongside the Housing and Urban development? Maybe so. This new acquisition to the White team of advisors could keep him grounded to the special needs of the inner city. The Czar could also assist with any public relations perception deficits he may accumulate while occupying his position of authority.
The first order of business the Ghetto Czar must countermand the Secret Service Policy Directive of not allowing President Obama to frequent Barbershops anymore. The Black Barbershop is the hub of the Ghetto where telegraph information is its center command post. Any AWOL from the Barbershop results in losing touch with the base of his constituents. The Barbershop is the place to be to hear all of the complaints and concerns. Why is that? Everyone goes to the Barbershop, the car dealer, the minister, the bus driver, everybody.
The bubble of the White House shouldn’t be an impediment from a crumbling Ghetto bridge to the Middle class; a peculiar job that has no beginning or end. What should the Czar recommend next? A treadmill and stationary Bike for the projects. People from the project fear crime and violence so they should receive tax rebates for purchasing exercising machines. Hey, when Obama got elected we weren’t just looking for a chicken in every pot.
