A while ago I used it but I didn't use the proper ratio so my hair was drier than usual. But I used it as a final rinse not as a sub for shampoo so I wasn't expecting it to cleanse my scalp/hair. And I haven't used it since watching kimmaytube's sturcture of hair series.
    Good Luck!

When my hair was loose I used vinegar. It's not drying if you use conditioner right after. And I didn't use apple cider I used white. ACV is super expensive and unless you are buying it from the health food store, it's just as processed as white. Also you need to use like a pint at a time.

Also be mindful, that you cannot expect natural hair to look and feel like permed hair. You can't use the same products on it either. Trust me on this. I have been 100% natural (no perms, no dyes) since 2000. And back then there was no useful information out there.

I love it, too. It makes my hair softer, and the curls more"springy". I know that some people use baking soda with the ACV,but I haven't tried that mixture?

I love using ACV... my mix is half spring water and half ACV (the cloudy kind you get at the health food store) and a few drops of peppermint oil and rosemary oil.
