From my understanding, anger is normally a secondary emotion, but is there ever a legitimate reason to be angry?
How about if someone harms a loved one of yours or someone harms you even? Is that a valid reason to be angry?
If not, when is it ever valid or acceptable?
From what i've seen a lot of times, people take anger and use it to do negative things. Real talk.It all depends on the situation, because anger is an emotion. That means it's neither good/bad or positive/negative, but what you do with it and how you express it. Alot of times, people take anger and use it to motivate them to do positive things. So don't just dwell on its negative side.
