Â*Â*Â*Â*Â*Â*Â*Â*Â*Â*Â* The Schomburg Center for Research in Black Culture has announced the schedule for the annual African Burial Ground: Celebration of the Ancestral Heritage Weekend.Â* Activities will run from Friday, September 30 through Sunday, October 2.Â*Â* The focus for this year will be the preparation for the exterior memorial, with special moments dedicated to those whose lives have been ravaged by Hurricane Katrina on the Gulf Coast, famine in Niger, and suffering in Haiti.Â*
