thought provoking piece...

I've learned personally that
when your give your heart
you should get it back...twice its size
I've learned that ...that is the love
I should pursue
otherwise...my heart just
continued to dwindle down
as I gave and gave and gave
until...I had nothing left to give
emotionally bankrupt...
but the one that gives it back
bigger than what it was before


just a different perspective
but this poem was thought provoking
and moving...

short...but potent piece of work here
