Black People : An African Filmmaker's Take On Today's African People:

I appreciate all feedback...

And even criticism has its merits...

All I will add further:

To me, the legacies of African American Oscar Micheaux and African Ousmane Sebene, not kneegrows in black face and/or today's would be rappers latest videos, or what today's young (or not so young) black filmmakers be getting their minds around...

:10200:

To the West Coast etc.

What did or do you know about the legacy of the late Oscar Micheax in particular?

It seems and sounds like more than just Spike Lee could and should get his/her mind around their unique approach...

I. e., in both the cases of brother Oscar and brother Sembene, their takes were/are on the level of pure genius...

Let's do kick it about them a wee bit further...

And thanks in advance...
