DT is ruining the image of the US power structure. I like the country where I happen to live to be the strongest. DT is messing things up for everybody in the world.

US Military bases are stationed in different countries thru agreements. Some countries don’t have a military and enter into agreements with others. Bases are carefully selected to be close to areas of conflict.
To be ready to go (to war) ASAP.
I don’t see a change coming quickly, since it takes about 1-2 years to remove/or relocate a military base.

There are some forums online discussing the US military and the options available to replace the current structure of the military.
No one believes we should not have a military only how it should exist.

Some say soldiers should live at their homes and report to duty when needed.
All kinds of suggestions that make no sense.

Personally, I wish no country needed a military.
