If I somehow implied Pres. Obama were a bottom feeder, that is not what I meant. What I meant was I could not understand why you'd feel he was slighted as he was not mentioned among the bottom feeders. Not that he should be.

    Keystone pipeline:
"The massive project has been a seven-year political football during presidential and congressional elections that has pitted oil companies and Republicans against environmentalists and liberal activists. The State Department has been reviewing the project for much of Obama's time in the White House." CNN, unquote

I don't really care where one of dirtiest energy source on the planet ended up as long as we don't have a hand in it. We didn't need it then and we don't need it now. In fact the world doesn't need it anywhere but someone is profiting from it for sure but it ain't us or the world.

And if Tom or his blog has any racial bias I haven't detected it and my ears are as keen as anyone else. There are real criticisms to stoically take into account when thinking about the President Obama time in office, all what he did do as well as what he didn't. All the good as well as the bad.

Tom's racial bias is clear and present, again, his failure to mention a single word of Mr Obama anywhere in the article, is undisputed and sticks out like a sore thumb. Is there an aberration in your view when it comes to detecting this fact?

Respectfully, Keystone and Standing Rock are both dead issues, can they be put to rest now?

    Obama rejects Keystone XL pipeline
By Elise Labott and Dan Berman, CNN
Washington (CNN)President Barack Obama on Friday rejected the proposed Keystone XL pipeline, ending the political fight over the Canada-to-Texas project that has gone on for much of his presidency.

Obama administration blocks Dakota pipeline, angering Trump allies
The decision, a clear victory for the protesters, is likely to be reversed by the Trump administration.
    By ERIC WOLFF
The outgoing Obama Administration delivered one more gift to green groups on Sunday when the Army Corps of Engineers blocked construction of a disputed segment of the Dakota Access Pipeline — but the decision is likely to be reversed when President-elect Donald Trump takes office next month.

Neither did he mention Clinton, Bush sr., Ronnie boy, Carter or Ford.
If he had made any kind of list at all while omitting Pres. Obama I'd say you were on to something. As it were he was only talking about the dregs that America could and has puked out. That's my take.

And this is my take, those you just mentioned are all, repeat, all white. Furthermore, the point at which Mr. Obama should have been cited, concerned Tom's climate control rant. Neither Clinton, Bush, Ronnie boy, Carter or Ford entered the Paris Accord.

Absent one word about Obama, especially in contrast to the climate denier, says I'm onto something.

    ok
Neither did he give any kudos to any white boy Carter for bring to bear and attention to energy conservation or to the racist Nixon for sign into law the creation of the EPA.

But you'll welcome to your opinion. I'm not here to make any excuses for any white writer if you've taken offense to it.

    Thank you...

What's problematic for me, is that he didn't mention one word about Mr. Obama, not one single word, otherwise, it was a fair read, as stated.

It really galls me about how the Indians attach their whining over their being surveilled, harassed and horribly attacked by law enforcement officers with what we Blacks not only endured for hundreds of years and far past Ferguson like you're trying attach your plight to but everywhere else in America and to date I've yet to see one Indian even appear at our protest in rage over senseless murders of not only us adults but our children much less say how horribly we Blacks are not being treated unfairly but summarily executed without any valid cause whatsoever. You are actively destroying private, public and government property and not one of you has been killed by law enforcement at this pipeline. By the way, while we Blacks still wait for justice your reparations were the Nationwide Casino deal, free land, automatic public assistance, used BLM pick-up trucks every 5 years and other free crap we'd go to jail just asking for so get over yourselves. You want sympathy? Seek it from your brutal White master. You won't get it from us. You kept us as slaves. Oh, kind of forgot that little secret huh?

Can anybody spell "Who tried to blow up a public bridge with a propane tank and a flare in North Dakota and didn't get shot dead by the police who were 70 feet from you"?

    LOL.
If they'd wanted to blow up a bridge they should askd a brother how to get it done.

I experienced this kind of quibbling bout diss and dat and the splintering of power during the 60's and early 70's. Particularly the splintering during the 70's.
And that's how they keep the power away from the people. dey do the rope-a-dope. Give just enough to this faction, dole out a little to that one, promise no more to thata one over there; appeasing each in turn just enough to shut them up so those groups go home reasonably happy and thus weakening what once a powerful force into small clusters they can easily control, do anything they like to. Meanwhile everybody else walk round pointing fingers at each other arguing you got more, no I deserve more, hey look what they got over there and fightn amongst themselves forgetting who the real enemy is as he picks off and shuts down as each faction begin to realize they've been played for fools and demand what they were promised.
I remember we having discussions bout just that in the 60's and how it was to be dealt with. yeh, we knew it was comin. And we even knew among ourselves who the first deserters would be (don't need many guesses who that could be do ya?)

But the answer always come out the same, either justice for all or no peace. And as long as everyone would continue to stand for that then things will work out. There really is no other way.
