roses
gave me not
took my heart
let it rot

candy
i never received
that's not what mattered
it was that you never loved me

a card
as simple as it could be
you never gave a second thought
you just never believed

i tried
but gave up
you didn't want me
i guess that was suppose to be enough

but i don't care
no not any more
no tears did i shed
when you walked out that door

so good bye.....
