when AB first mentioned 'americans', north immediately popped into my head. It thought is was quite obvious. But apparently I was wrong. I thought when people even mention 'americans' they are rarely speaking on central or south. If they are, usually they'll put central or south in front of 'americans' to distinguish that fact. There are three Americas. North, Central, and South. Which one?
There are 3 americas, as you so correctly stated. But I think when one says "american", we all know who they are speaking of. Maybe you have some insight on this that I don't. If you have a different perspective on this let me know.
