I hear you but the problem with your argument is many of those same Cubans, Brazilians, Mexicans, of which total about 112 million Black "Latinos" have retained more African cultural practices than the 40 million Black "Americans".

So to say that the cultures are "anti-African" is really a stretch.

The Cubans and Venezuelans alone have done more to support the revolutions and economic development of countries such as Angola, Guinea Bissau, Mozambique and Namibia than any group of Black Americans, and they also form the largest contingent of Diasporans active in caucuses working towards Pan African unification.

Yes, racism does exist in those countries but the African culture is much more enbedded in the social fabric than it is in the united snakes.

For example, we have people here who state underground movements and African secret societies don't exist while in many Latin Anerican countries no Black person would make such claim where Abakua, Palo, Canbomble, just to name a few, were once practiced secretly, are presently in the open, and have direct ties to lodges and fraternal orders on the continent, while most of us have no clue what those ties are.

Some of all of us here and black folks in general don't perceive and conceive of most other most people of color who speak spanish and/or are a part ot metizo culture etc. as you and few others do seem and sound like you do...

Most of both continue to be the main targets of the white anglo saxon protestant present day rule over white folks in paticular and people of color in general...
