You're mixing bribery with corruption which is what Europeans want you to do. What you call bribery is nothing more than offering someone something to get their cooperation in a matter. This has been going on in Africa long before Europeans ever came along, truth be told European countries with the United States as number one are the most corrupt nations. But I agree with much of what you said only that you need to know you can't get people to do much in Africa without giving them some incentive, if you think you're going to go into a poor country and not have to tip people to provide your service then its you who are corrupt.

We are very much on the same page/similar perspective apart from your so conscious embracing of corruption/bribery which though a worldwide [look at just how many lives have been sacrificed/including over 10 000 of the loyal pawns in the West’s armed forces, since 2001 to boost BIG OIL/Corporation’s profits from $1 – 2 billion annually being great, to up to $40 – 60 billion annually being standard] malaise due to GREED being an integral part of the human condition; however are you aware that even in countries like the UK where there’s allegedly no official death penalty, they just DO IT as standard for TREASON [now you KNOW why the USA will NEVER give up on trying to get hold of Snowden]?

Corrupt behaviour by our leadership in the UK, USA and the rest of the African Diaspora and even more strategically in Africa is high TREASON [for which the enslaved ancestors, and their siblings who were tortured, mutilated and murdered for either refusing to bow/serve/be broken or to traumatize the rest of us into total subservience, will rise and curse the weak/spineless manner in which Zuma and Goodluck sanctioned as opposed to blocked NATO’s so murderous destruction of Africa’s greatest ever arab benefactor, Muamar Gaddafi and his regime] for which shouldn’t there be a mandatory [all assets should be forfeited to the state] life sentence in jail/a real hell in Africa?

Isn’t it obvious that the corruption and diverse array of socio-economic dysfunction highlighted in your post is symptomatic of the so abysmally low level of both our individual and collective self esteem, generated by just how efficiently we have and are still allowing our knowledge base to be poisoned/polluted, our spiritual and intellectually agility to be stunted by our ongoing utility of their mis-education system; especially with regard to selecting who our socio-economic elite/political leaders should be?

In REALITY isn’t the only thing poor about Africa our leadership, or have you missed the manner in which the intelligently organized and led Asian masses have transformed the burden of having billions of peasants to feed into the cutting edge of their ability to provide services and both high and low tech goods cheaper than anyone else, can you imagine where they would be if they had the natural resources African countries are blessed with?

Having visited China [twice] I am both frightened and amazed by just how much they have achieved with their comparatively limited natural resources, whereas isn’t it a fact that had Saddam Hussein or Muamar Gaddafi [as highlighted by the GRIEF Assad is facing in Syria TODAY] had their country’s as poorly organised and secured as Nigeria, Ghana, Ivory Coast, Sierra Leone, South Africa and any other African country you can name; as opposed to being dead and rotting in the ground, wouldn’t they both be alive, well and still in power [due to the West being able to pillage/rape their countries without having to mount/fund a military expedition]?

Are you genuinely unaware that in ALL of these allegedly independent [where does the USA’s ongoing economic blockade of Cuba for daring to go its own way or the removal of Saddam Hussein, Muamar Gaddafi, with Assad hanging on/with the Iranian regime next in the DEMOCRATIZATION into CHAOS stakes] countries [including South Africa and Zimbabw and Nigeria] whites still legally own all the assets they looted, pillaged, stole during colonial times [as underlined by the sanctions levied against Mugabe in Zimbabwe for attempting to seize the farms back], which added to how efficiently these countries are locked into the European controlled monetary system, guarantees their lambs just waiting to be slaughtered status, doesn’t it?

The Guyanese dollar used to be less than 5 to the English pound, today it is over 300 to the pound, thus can YOU or anyone explain exactly how the gold, diamonds and bauxite that we have has become devalued by 60 times over the 47 years since the country became independent from the UK; as opposed to the Monetary System being an extremely efficient tool of legalized international corporate THEFT?
4. Additionally are you unaware of just how unreal most African countries are due the way they were created by simply carving up a map at the Berlin conference in the 19th century, with these so despicable PARASITES paying absolutely no attention at all to Africa’s own ethnic boundaries/groupings on the ground [a fact underlined by Nigeria being comprised of 200 different ethnic clans, in contrast to the ongoing grief here in the UK between 4 [the English, Welsh, Scots and Irish]?
