Is anybody out there interested in Afrakan/Afrakan Centered Martial Arts, and accompanying Warrior Culture and related Philosophy? If so, can I hear from you? I am currently studying/researching/practicing an Afrakan Centered martial art called "Ahuti Kefa". I have been looking at Kupigana Ngumi, but have no one where I live who teaches or practices (as far as I have been able to find out).

PEACE..................Afrikan Martial Arts is the beginning of all of the Arts.!!

Most only deal with the waist down........most people, or Asiatic/Euro deal with the waist up!!

How high you can kick is admired, but there is no one up there.......

MY teacher used too put WHITE belts against BLACK belts & when questioned, he would say the BELT s only good to hold YOUR PANTS UP!!!!!

I feel you! Though critics try to say otherwise, the oldest known representations of the martial arts are found in AFRAKA!

Metu Neter and the Afrakan Warrior

I am also looking to discuss how the principles and teachings of the Metu Neter can be applied to Afrakan Warrior philosophy, and Afrakan manhood/womanhood training.

That's interesting reading....I'd like to learn more about some of the African Martial Arts and how they're trained here in America and Africa today.....

I'd like to exchange information and ideas with practitioners as well concerning their effectivness and training methods ....
