Exactly... and add to that all the stress/mental illness that comes with it all.

But, you have one who has had every priviledge in life, and that is his defense? Puhlease.

This is worse than the Twinkle Defense.

I have never heard of any of these off the wall defenses getting an AA person off, or even an attempt to use such baloney as a defense for one of ours.

Whether she used cash or not, it is obvious that she aided and abetted her son in his attempt to violate the terms of his probation. She was found with him in Mexico, and he is still a minor. Right?
