    AFFAIRS OF THE HEART
    By Jacqueline Amos

    Blessings of a Goddess,
Earths sovereign, the glow of a red-hot fire,
Shame not thy surfaced, lusty coursers
    Precedents of pith and embrace,
Lustful language afar, bashful burns of shame.
How can I not choose love?

    Upon the promise of loyalty
    Strength less doves,
    flowing through the skies
Can thy right hand seize love,
    upon the morning dawn?
Fields of arms, still I rise, I sing for love,
    a heart with a wound,
alone in my loneliness betrayal of my cocoon.

Thou heart cries, for your embrace, breeder by thou nature art to bound, death to thy self, without y
ou I am faceless to self, by law of regards,
Twos then thee said, thou love thee,
for I was, splendors of love,
I crown thee with mortal praise,
thou hold back, none of my words.

Un passion thou words like a sword,
    I seek for forgiven love,
Oh thou kneel upon your feet,
forgive thee, for thou have great love.
    I begging upon your heals,
I shall die if thou leave,
the affairs of the heart, thou forgiven love.
