lol Brother @jamesfrmphilly ... sorry ... I am a dog owner and found the story interesting (heartbreaking) and it is sort of all in the news. I think of my own "Black" and how one would have trouble taking his sex from him, but this dude did puppies they say. I did see a video where he had an adult German Shepherd cowering and running from him though. It's the kind of story that does not bring joy, my apology.

They say he'd tell pet owners, those that were looking to re-home their animals, that he'd take them and look after them, etc., only to mistreat them in this way. It could be a cautionary tale for those looking to get rid of their animals.
