    Hi All,
    If someone is interested in making abs muscles, besides abs exercise one must add these food in daily meals:
    Green vegetables,
    Almonds and nuts,
    Whole grain,
    Beans and legumes,
    Olive oil,
    Fat free dairy products,
    Eggs.
